Et ha Adam- God’s Design for Marriage

• In Genesis, God created one human being, he breathed into the human, gave dominion, authority and responsibility to “The THE Human” before splitting the “Et ha Adam” into the two sexes: man and woman.

• Man and woman started as one human, and in marriage the “two become one” again and create another human.

• This is God’s design for marriage and family, one man and one woman, because he created the first human as both one man and one woman.

• Men and women were created to work together in equality and harmony, before the fall. Any domination or control of one spouse over another within marriage is the result of sin.

• It’s important to teach your children the biblical definition of sexuality and marriage.

• Release your children to cleave to their spouse properly when they get married, and allow them space to create a new family unit. Gen. 2:24, Matt. 19:5, Mark 10:9, Ephesians 5:31.
